Lors des grandes mar\u00e9es (\u00e0 partir de coefficient 100 \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s), on peut rejoindre \u00e0 mar\u00e9e basse la baie de l\u2019Arguenon \u00e0 pied depuis la plage de Pen Guen (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la plage se trouvant juste devant la r\u00e9sidence) en contournant la pointe du Bay (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la pointe situ\u00e9e au bout de la plage \u00e0 droite lorsqu\u2019on est face \u00e0 la mer). Une balade extraordinaire au c\u0153ur des parcs \u00e0 huitres et de bouchots \u00e0 moules s\u2019offre alors \u00e0 vous ! Munissez-vous de bottes ou marchez pieds nus, car c\u2019est humide. Vous pouvez m\u00eame rejoindre l\u2019\u00eele des Ebihens que vous voyez en haut \u00e0 gauche sur la photo ci-dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During high tides (from a coefficient of 100 or so), you can reach the bay of Arguenon on foot at low tide from the beach of Pen Guen (i.e. the beach just in front of the residence) by going around the tip of the Bay (i.e. the point located at the end of the beach on the right when facing the sea). An extraordinary walk in the heart of the oyster beds and mussel bouchots is then offered to you! Wear boots or walk barefoot, as it is wet. You can even reach the island of Ebihens that you see in the top left in the photo above. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ch\u00e2teau de Fort La Latte<\/strong> (18 Km \/ 22 mn en voiture) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00e8s belle (et tr\u00e8s facile) randonn\u00e9e entre le Cap Fr\u00e9hel et le Fort La Latte (ou l\u2019inverse) sur les sentiers c\u00f4tiers (4,3 Km \/ 1h30 de marche).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Very nice (and very easy) hike between Cap Fr\u00e9hel and Fort La Latte (or the other way around) on the coastal paths (4.3 Km \/ 1h30 walk).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lanvallay<\/strong> (30 km \/ 39 mn en voiture) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se garer dans le petit port de Lanvallay, se promener sur les bords de la Rance, puis prendre la petite rue pi\u00e9tonne qui remonte vers le centre historique de Dinan. Au retour, prendre le chemin de ronde et monter sur les remparts pour admirer la vue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Park in the small port of Lanvallay, walk along the banks of the Rance, then take the small pedestrian street that goes up to the historic centre of Dinan. On the way back, take the walkway and climb the ramparts to admire the view.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Ch\u00e2teau du Guildo<\/strong> (7 Km \/ 12 mn en voiture) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9ambul\u00e9 dans les ruines du ch\u00e2teau, poursuivez votre balade en empruntant le sentier qui longe le littoral en direction de Saint-Jacut. Au-del\u00e0 de la vue extraordinaire dont vous jouirez, profitez du lieu pour pique-niquer sur l’une des jolies plages qui jalonnent le parcours. L’endroit est absolument magique (et peu fr\u00e9quent\u00e9) !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After visiting the castle, continue your walk by taking the path that runs along the coast towards Saint-Jacut. In addition to the extraordinary view you will enjoy, take advantage of the place to have a picnic on one of the pretty beaches along the way. The place is absolutely magical (and not very crowded)!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Pointe de la Garde<\/strong> (2 Km \/ 6 mn en voiture ; 27 mn \u00e0 pieds) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Pointe de la Garde s\u00e9pare les deux plages principales de Saint-Cast : la plage de Pen Guen c\u00f4t\u00e9 sud et la Grande Plage c\u00f4t\u00e9 nord. Laissez votre voiture sur le petit parking tout au bout de la rue principale, puis empruntez le petit sentier am\u00e9nag\u00e9 qui fait le tour de la pointe. L\u2019endroit est id\u00e9al pour un pique-nique en famille tout en jouissant d’une vue magnifique \u00e0 360\u00b0. Non adapt\u00e9 aux touts petits car un peu escarp\u00e9 par endroits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pointe de la Garde separates the two main beaches of Saint-Cast: the beach of Pen Guen on the south side and the Grande Plage on the north side. Leave your car in the small car park at the end of the main street, then take the small path that goes around the point. The place is ideal for a family picnic while enjoying a magnificent 360\u00b0 view. Not suitable for toddlers as it is a bit steep in places.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
